Snow!
We wish everyone a wonderful Holiday season & a Merry Christmas! As most of you know, south Texas was surprised by snowfall. We took this opportunity to throw some bows and a little mistletoe on our boy, Prinz Von der Ahe “Prinz”. We have been dressing him up since he was born, we think he likes it 🙂

Fair Hill International CCI3*
Not only are we so PROUD to announce that Thomas officially has earned a *Pg* from the American Trakehner Association, but he did some serious work at Fair Hill! We love our Thomas.
Thomas started 12th after dressage, 5th after Cross Country, ending with a clean show jumping round ultimately taking 3rd place! Tsetserleg *Pg* (Thomas) was named by USEF (United States Equestrian Federation) Reserve Champion for the National CCI3* 2017 Eventing Championship! He may be small- but he is mighty!

Stable View Advanced Oktoberfest HT
We had a pretty great weekend at Stable View, Tsetserleg “Thomas” took 3rd in Advanced, KYRA took 2nd in Intermediate, but, unfortunately On Cue had to be withdrawn as she threw a shoe in warm up.

Turner/Holekamp Grant
From all of us at Indian Creek Farm, we want to CONGRATULATE Tim, Nina and Jennie on their accomplishments! Â
Click here to read about the 2017 recipients – Tim/Nina Gardner on their homebred Twilightslastgleam, ridden by Jennie Brannigan, courtesy of Eventing Nation.
USEA provides the best description of our grant with Tim and Cheryl Holekamp.
“In 2012, the USEA Young Event Horse Program (YEH) introduced the Holekamp/Turner Young Event Horse Le Lion d’Angers Prize and Grant to encourage the development of future U.S. team horses in eventing by providing them with increased international exposure and opportunity as young horses. This grant, funded by Dr. Timothy and Cheryl Holekamp and Christine Turner, is awarded to the highest scoring horse from the USEA Young Event Horse 5-year-old East and West Championships combined that is qualified as a 7-year-old and willing to compete in the FEI World Breeding Eventing Championships for Young Horses. In the interest in promoting domestic breeding, North American-bred winners of the Grant are awarded with a cash prize of $17,500 to offset the expenses of traveling to Le Lion d’Angers in France for the Championships, while imported horses are awarded $8,000.”
Thank you to all who participate in the Young Event Horse program!

What a nice surprise!
While reading through the new USEA publication, we were ecstatic to find a new advertisement for the AEC’s, featuring our Tsetserleg “Thomas”!
Boyd and Thomas are such an awesome team. It is so amazing to watch these two work together.
Too proud over here!!!
KYRA at Richland Park 2016
Here is a video of KYRA’s show jumping and dressage test with Boyd at Richland Park.
We are always amused by the choice of music for our fiery redhead!
On Cue placed 1st at Bromont!
On Cue and Boyd took 1st in the CIC2* at Bromont this past weekend. Tsetserleg took 7th in the CCI3*, while it may not be his best, we are always thrilled with his heart!
